Cancellation

    1. Cancellation and rescheduling need to be made or notified atleast 7 days prior to booked date.
    2. Contact us at our hotline number: +60186684704 for any arrangement of cancellation or rescheduling.

Refund

    1. Any cancellation booking made less than 7 days will result in cancellation fees. A cancellation fee is the 100% payment made for the reserved services.
    2. Any cancellation of unavoidable emergencies (ONLY) will received 100% refund.
    3. If refund is required, please provide us your detail (Name, Order Id and Receipt of Payment) to customerservice@aqiqaharamain.com
    4. Any refund without official prove receipt of payment will not be attended.
    5. Refund process will take 5-7 working days to be processed.
